“Your chance to play in a televised championship with a professional golfer!”
 
The British Par 3 Championship Pro-Am is a highly competitive 2 day, 36 hole, event run in a format similar to that of the renowned Dunhill Links.
 
Amateur golfers are paired with a European Tour golfer or PGA professional for both days of the event. During the Pro-Am, professionals are competing for the coveted title of “British Par 3 Champion 2009”, with Pro-Am pairings vying for the “British Par 3 Pro-Am Team Championship” title.
 
Participating in the Pro-Am is a once in a lifetime experience, during which amateur gofers can experience the highs and lows of participating in a professional golf event.
 

 
Day 1 : Wednesday 5th August 2009
 
On day 1 registration takes place 1 hour prior to official tee-times where golfers will collect their VIP players pack and official event accreditation prior to heading out onto the course to begin their Par 3 title challenge.
 
Following completion of the opening round of golf, players and their guests will have an opportunity to relax in the VIP players lounge prior to the VIP Players Banquet which will take place in the luxurious setting of Nailcote Hall Hotel.
 

 
Day 2:  Thursday 6th August 2009 
 
On day 2 of the competition, the Par 3 challenge continues for amateur and professional’s alike! Mirroring the final day of European Tour events, the leading teams will tee-off last to ensure that their every shot can be caught on camera!
 
Following completion of the final 18 holes of the Pro-Am, event host Tony Jacklin CBE will host the British Par 3 Championship Prize Giving Ceremony. Professional golfers, celebrities, amateurs and their guests will all be invited to attend this wonderful cumulating event of the British Par 3 Championship Pro-AM competition.
